Calvin Is A Millionaire!!!

Haha, not because I won some Who Wants To Be A Millionaire… but being a JPA student is really like a millionaire especially when they provide you a student house worth at least RM 800,000 per unit in a high class area like Bandar Utama. Practically every luxury is found in the house - refrigerator, water heaters, huge tele and leather sofa just to name a few. Envious?

And here you really meet a lot great scholars with straight aces and even more than what I achieved. Not just bright brains, but really friendly people! You have about fourteen in one house and another fourteen next door. My house is full of architects, all studying under the same roof and all flying to Australia in 18 months time…

The surrounding area is really convenient and totally secured, for almost every street and ave there is a guard there. Nothing else better than thanking the residents for their kiasuism. Really, never in my life is such a residential area so highly secured! They once even have patrol helicopters hovering over the night sky like some SWAT team… swt!

Being a high class area means the food are also quite high in price, but still bearable. There is a place called Centrepoint nearby where every need and want can be satisfied. Everything a student need is there, even for me who is suffering from mild scoliosis, there is a chiropractic clinic! Then of course, Bandar Utama is incomplete without One Utama, that gargantuan shopping complex.

Nice ler my place. Thank God for that!
